About the Group

The Organizational Development Consortium (ODC) consists of colleagues from higher education institutions, whether their focus be on learning, training, professional development, or organizational development for faculty and staff. Members will be committed to sharing best practices as peers committed to seeing our institutions succeed.

What we do

Since 2011, professional and organizational development experts from higher education have gathered to network and share best practices. We meet virtually several months a year to discuss relevant topics and gather together once a year for an in-person conference. Please use this link to tell us what topics you would like to see discussed or what questions you have for the group. We are always looking for presenters to share their knowledge with the group.
